fTelnet: A new flash telnet client

fTelnet, a new flash telnet client, needs some testing!

Head on over to http://www.ftelnet.ca/ and put in your BBS info (below the client, may have to scroll down to see it), and see if there’s any mis-displayed ANSI or anything else that isn’t working quite right. If there is, please contact me and let me know so I can correct it! The BBS you try connecting to must be running a socket policy server (flash requirement, not my own), so you won’t be able to connect if one isn’t running.

For a demonstration of a few cool features, check out the demo page. NOTE: This page doesn’t let you specify a server to connect to, it’s more about playing with the settings off to the left.

dyndns.com huge changes

Jas's picture

I’m not sure when this changed, but i looked into my dyndns.org account
and now see that my account was GONE… and when signing up again i now only have a SMALL choice of parent domains http://dyn.com/dns/dyndns-free/domain-names/

i know a lot of bbs people are effected by this, a lot of bbs people used kicks-ass.net and other domains.

the remaining domains are now attainable via the PRO service.
http://dyn.com/dns/dyndns-pro/domain-names/

i know everyone’s got to make money but these are HUGE changes.

wish i would have been notified.

i’m sticking with http://dtdns.com he’s a former bbser [darktech.org] and a good
guy.
